Refund Policy for Renewed Hope Fellowship Coaching & Consulting Services

At Renewed Hope Fellowship, we are committed to providing high-quality mentorship training, life coaching, transformational coaching, behavior modification consulting, and behavior modification training. We value our clients and strive to ensure satisfaction with our services. However, due to the nature of our work, we have the following refund policy in place:

1. Service Commitment & Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We encourage open communication to ensure that our services align with your needs and expectations.
  • If you are dissatisfied with a session, please reach out within 24 hours to discuss your concerns, and we will work to resolve the issue, including rescheduling or offering additional support.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Single Sessions: Refunds are not provided for completed sessions. However, if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, you may receive a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
  • Coaching Packages & Training Programs: Partial refunds may be available if requested within 7 days of purchase, provided that no more than one session or module has been completed.
  • Behavior Modification Consulting & Training: Due to the in-depth nature of this work, refunds are only available if no consulting has been delivered and the request is made within 48 hours of payment.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid forfeiting the session.
  • If a session is missed without prior notice, it is considered non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

  • Refunds due to medical emergencies, unforeseen hardships, or other exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • If Renewed Hope Fellowship must cancel a session or program for any reason, clients will receive the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

5. No Refunds for Completed Services

  • Once coaching, mentorship, consulting, or training has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.
  • If you are unsatisfied with a service, we encourage open dialogue to find a resolution that meets your needs.
